Why We Started Conscious Businesses (And What We’re Building)

It started with a pattern we couldn’t ignore.

We kept meeting people doing meaningful work. Coaches, consultants, small business owners. And they all felt disconnected.

They were growing, but in isolation.
Skilled, but overlooked.
Clear on their values, but unsure where to find others who shared them.

Many had tried traditional business groups. They walked in hopeful and walked out wondering if something was wrong with them.

It wasn’t them. It was the room.

So we built a new one.

Conscious Businesses began as a gathering place.
